Julie’s thirst for new experiences has led her through a vibrant career journey, including roles as a professional actor, voice-over artist, marketer, business owner, writer, and food photographer...now culminating as an author with HarperCollins (The Missing Piece, 2024). Diagnosed with ADHD at 52, she describes it as a life-changing moment, echoing the experience of many women diagnosed in adulthood.

As host of ADHDifference she is delighted to introduce an array of perspectives, insights and lived experiences.

Jel’s career journey has been as diverse as it is fascinating, spanning roles as an electronics engineer, web developer, and musician. While not a household name, he’s more than made up for it by contributing to remarkable projects like space satellites, the Bugatti Veyron, and numerous websites for Decca, EMI, Universal, and Warner in London.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 55, Jel found it an unsurprising but deeply clarifying moment. Suddenly, so much made sense.
