Welcome to ADHDifference
Diagnosed as an adult, Julie Legg interviews guests from around the world, sharing uplifting stories, personal experiences, new ADHD perspectives, strategies and insights to help inform, inspire and engage with adult ADHD listeners worldwide.
ADHDifference's mission is to foster a deeper understanding of ADHD by sharing personal, relatable experiences in informal and open conversations. Choosing "difference" over "disorder" reflects its belief that ADHD is a difference in brain wiring, not just a clinical label.
All episodes from Season 1 & 2 are available on YouTube (plus BONUS Strategies & Tools) and all major podcast platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Podcast Index, iHeartRadio and more. Captions, subtitles, and transcripts ensure accessibility for all.
